23.98 fps DV -> SDI output setting

Is it going to be possible, one day, for the "Blackmagic NTSC - DV" setting to correctly output DV material that's being edited at 23.98fps (for example from the Panasonic AGDVX-100)?

Currently it outputs, but there is a stutter every so often, so it's not useable. This would be quite a neat little feature.
