you said that the 20L series is "rather cheap". It costs $300 - $400 MORE than the PVM20M4U monitor, and a lot more than the 20M2U series. $2700 is NOT cheap for a monitor that everyone is used to paying $2699 - $2200.

The controls for the monitor are like the old Sony "Cube" monitor. They are "hidden" until you activate them, and then they "light up" on the left and right sides (they are membrane switches".
