Multicodec support in a single timeline
HD and SD on the same card
Analog and/or Digital BOB's with all outputs hot all the time.
Renderless editing with Cinewave compared to RT effects with some other codecs that still require rendering before you can lay down to tape.

A short list but these features make cinewave and other cards worth the money.
Besides that, I think RT features are about the same (color correction, dissolves, wipes, etc...).
