Cinewave and Atto not seen in System Profiler

Cinewave and Atto not seen in System Profiler

Hi Guys,
I have a client that has a Cinewave on a dual 1.4 G4. Jag 10.2.8, QT 6.5, Atto card - think it's a UL3D - Quad striped ATA array of some sort. Sorry for the lack of specifics.

problem 1: Hanging OS - we do a clean re-install of OS X. OS now works well

problem 2: Having trouble reinstalling Cinewave updater. I don't think the installer is seeing the card. Getting the beach ball of death.

problem 3: Before the OS clean re-install the Mac System Profiler did not see the SCSI card nor the Cinewave card.

Instructing him to reseat cards and check connections. Any other ideas?
