CineWave exports as Non-square (0.91:1) pixels into AE 6.5

I'm experiencing a weird occurance with my FCP Export by Reference or simple export using the CineWave 4.5 codec. Whenever I import those files into AE 6.5 and Interpret Footage, it shows the Pixel Aspect Ratio: as being Non-Square (0.91:1). If I don't change that value to D1/DV NTSC (0.9), it imports slightly wider when into a comp. that is set up for preset NTSC D1, 720x 486 and a Pixel Aspect Ratio D1/DV NTSC (0.9).
When exporting using the CineWave codec, there is nothing that allows you to select .91:1 ratio. Where is this coming from? When I import into AE and select .9 in the Interpret Footage window, everything is OK. I didn't have to do this with AE 6.0. It doesn't appear to be a show stopper, just anoying.
Is this a CineWave problem or an AE problem?
Curious minds want to know!
