CineWave SDI Capture Problems

I have a 500mhz DualProcessor.. here is my question:

I'm having some capture problems when using FinalCutPro capturing from a ProDigitalPlus Breakout Box and I get errors when capturing anything above 15 min.. Does this have anything to do with the fact I using the Medea VideoRaid RT HardDrive? Help...

Also.. . is there a way to upgrade my video card? I'm running 16mb of VRAM on an ATI 128 Rage display card. I'd like to get a 64mbDDR or greater amount of VRAM.. . Thank you.
