Now another thing I'm confused is about TargaCine software codec.
I sometimes need to install software codec on my mac that's not equipped with TargaCineEngine (as i want to use it as a rendering machine). however, 3.0.1 and 3.0.2 installers don't seem to install software codec properly even if i chose custom install and check Software Component Only. I mean after installation, I can't even open a captured TargaCine movie brought from another mac. Does someone know if there is a trick or something? Why is it installer instead of just a codec file?

One trick I know is by using 3.0 installer, It installs ok.
It is irritating as I have to use 3.0 installer whenever I need to install software codec. I just hope there's no difference in software codec among version 3.0, 3.0.1,and 3.0.2.
