I tend to agree with Johan. If you want 10-bit and you don't need RT alpha key graphics then I'd go with Kona. Just don't expect this to solve all the problems you're experiencing. Find a good VAR and build a new system with all top of the line components. Configure it properly and you'll be a happy camper no matter what card you're using.
