Agreed ! But you could achieve the exact same results by "printing" the entire DV timeline to DV25 tape and then recapturing that (4:1:1 graphics, effects, and all) back into CineWave. A transcode is a transcode is a transcode. The only real way to improve the appearance of a production is to edit it (do the actual mixing of pixels) in 4:2:2 uncompressed colorspace.
