Stefan,

The following text is from the CineWave configuration guide that can be found at http://www.pinnaclesys.com/support/display.asp?ProductID=416&SubDocTypesID=...

Hopefully this will solve your problem.

? Note: Regarding erroneous timecode breaks:
Erroneous timecode breaks have been reported on the new Mirrored Drive door G4s when working with GeeThree Stealth, Griffin and Keyspan PCI serial adapters on Mac OS X. To avoid these errors, the user may disable the "Abort of Broken Timecode" preference in Final Cut Pro (although legitimate timecode breaks will, then, also not be reported). It has been found that the Keyspan USB device control can more successfully navigate this problem in the operating system, although erroneous timecode breaks have also been encountered there, on clips greater in length than 30 minutes.
