I checked the database, the fax machine and the mail room. I did not find any info regarding this request.

Seeing that there are two other tech support departments in this building, there is a chance that the information was mis-routed.

Please fax your info in again to our office and I will see to it that your order is processed.

It normally takes between 2 and 7 days for the orders to be processed and delivered.

Please fax it to my attention.
