Adaptec 39160

Well, it took a while to get to where we are now but it seams to be working. I ended up taking out one of my video cards so now I have one monitor just sitting there. We're planning on buying a new Radeon 9000 Pro Mac Dual card that is supposed to work just fine for two monitors under the CW configuration. One thing that seemed to help is to load your adaptec drivers and drive stuff under 10.2 first, then turn off your drive array and load all software without the machine looking for those drives at all. Once FCP and CW drivers ar eup and running, then turn your array back on. I guess it helps, but we were having so much fun with the drivers and CW not working with that second video card that we were very happy to have anything at that point. I had to start from scratch (on OSX 10.2 then jaguar and everything after) about ten or so times before it actually worked for us.
