You need to set your view to "Buses and Devices". You should get three things you can double click on to look at their settings. All three have the Sync Rate. I've tried setting it at 80 (40) and 40 (20) and everything in between.



One of the devices (the scsi card itself) will give you an option for the PCI burst rate. I think the default setting is 168kb. But you can go higher or lower. For Media100 I found that 32kb worked best.



Like I said..if I set the burst rate high I can capture footage but not play it back. If I set it low I can play it back but not capture it.



I've ordered a UL3D card which should arrive tomorrow. I hope that fixes the problem.
