This should do the trick. It works on ALE files from the Avid to FCP or Batch Lists from FCP into an ALE for the Avid. It also has the ability to render media from one system to the other. Note: I said RENDER. The time to do this may be just as long the recapture from the source. Read up on it anyways, it may be what your looking for.
