In FCP you would choose the SEquence in the Bin, then do a Batch Export (of one item). IN the batch export settings check the 'Use Item In/Out" checkbox on to export just the selection. Export as a FCP movie (top part of that dialog) without recompressing or export to any other format as required.

Or copy and past like Jerry suggests.
