How about an alpha plus channel? Generally India outputs in Quicktime using the animation codec (at least mine does when I am making DV-NTSC movies with a 32bit alpha channel (and it is so clean) If you are using quicktime you have everything from "none" to Sorenson 3, Motion JPEG A & B down to Cinepak. You can also export to AVI, DV Stream Heuris MPEG and a whole host of image sequences (BMP, PICT, PNG, SGI, etc.). Since I use India Pro with Final Cut Pro, I just use the animation codec on DV-NTSC
