Hello Duncan,

I am fairly new at using Sonicfire Pro.

Attempting to add music to my library that is not Smart Sound music has been frustrating and the Sonicfire Pro help menu gives no clues.

Since Samrt Sound has not included this information I conclude one of two possibilities:

1. Smart Sound knows how to do this but doesn't tell because they want us to pay for their CDs.

2. Smart sound doesn't know how to do this, a situation that I find unlikely.

If I understand you correctly you must first import the music to a wav or other file, add the file to the library and then select "user file"
to import that file into a project.

Does the imported file have to be wav or can it be aiff or other type files?

It would be very helpful to me and greatly appreciated if you would post step by step instructions on importing non-Smart Sound music.

grateful thanks in advance and best regards,
Paul Sarnstrom
