OSX Install Problems

I'm updating the system on our G4 733 MHz to Jaguar from 9.2.2. Unfortunately the Jaguar disk won't boot up. I've tried pressing "c" on bootup, assigning the disk as the startup disk and choosing "Install" from the disk, which then prompts me to reboot.

I've also done a Tech Tool Pro diagnostic and a clean system reinstall of 9.2.2. No luck.

The disk does work on other G4's.

Any insight?
