laryPAL video with Realsmart deinterlacer

What's the best settings for using Realsmart deinterlacer with PAL video ? I must shoot with 25i/s or 100 i/s (shutter setting) ?

Is there a tutorial somewhere for the plug ? If not somebody can tell me what means the different settings (timing mode, fill method, detect motion, etc...)
