Echo fire does nothing! HELP

Hi!
I downloaded the "Echo Fire 2-1.1 Installer" file from your site. I installed the software and connected via fire wire my camera(It's a SONY DCR-TRV245E Digital Handycam). Then from the A/V out of the camera I connected the camera to my TV. I start After Effects 6.0 or Photoshop CS and nothing happened.
At the Echo Fire control panel, I saw that there was the choice of "OHCI FireWire PAL[720 x 576]" so I checked it on. On "Video Source" I checked "Application". Still Nothing.
The only thing I can see on my TV is the Blue signal of my camera.
What could be wrong?
