Mark Griesbauer3D stroke Keyframes??

OK....what I'm tring to do is create an outline w/a reverb effect...but I want to animate it over time(from one outline to 4 or 5)...The repeater keyframes seem to act as is they are on hold interpolation, when in-fact they are linear. So my animation goes from just one outline to 5 in a one frame time. Does that make sense?
Any ideas?
