Ease in and out

Hey there-

1) How do I set my keyframes to ease in or out. I don't mean spline or linear, but like in After effects where it gradually comes to a stop at your keyframe.

2)If that is possible, then How do I get control of easing in and out of my Animation Keyframes? In other words, in software like After Effects or 3D studio MAx, you can control the curves.

I've been in the aniamtion Graph window, and that allows you to grab hold of the curve handles and move them up or sown, butn not left or right (to make the curve bigger, casueing more ease in/out). Is it possible to do this?
