You may want to check the thermal grease on your procs, and if the heatsink is seated right. Copper heatsinks can disfigure over time in some cases. You may also try "lapping" the heatsinks by sanding the bottoms on a flat surface(like a piece of tempered glass) using a circular motion (light, steady pressure) with wet/dry sandpaper from 200 grit all the way up to 600 until it is smooth and they makebetter contact with the procs. Clean them off with isopropyl alcohol, re-grease them with Arctic Silver paste and re-seat them on the procs. I do this to all my brand new heatsinks.
