ahh - windows explorer, not ie explorer? sorry - my bad there...that's harder to re-install... :-/

it might do the trick...sounds like your exact situation, ya?

this also confirms that it's an issue for others as well, so perhpas ulead has a solution. from the looks of things, it would appear that the ulead installer modified that dll w/o regard to other apps that might need it... :-(
