Rene,

I sounds if im not mistaken that you are creating a 16:9 PAL menu?

Ifthis is the case then what i do (bearing in mind that i use Scenarist and there may be some difference)

Create the Menu and subpic in Photoshop in a document size 1024 x 576.
Once you have created the elements resize them to 720 x 576 and save them off. Now both files should display properly as 16:9 on your tele
