It's in a firewire enclosure, and I hot plug/swap the drive between three computers:

laptop PC with firewire PCMCIA card/port; P3 500Mhz with Win98SE
dual P3 1 gig system Win2K
single P3 1 gig Win2K

Works great on all three machines.
