How do you make "motion menus buttons" on ReelDVD 2.5 ? Or other interesting menus

All the questions below in relation to ReelDVD ( I know DVDWorkshop can do motion menus easily):
Is there a way to make "motion menu buttons" in ReelDVD ? (Any tutorials)
Can one have a video clip as the background image and static buttons on top for the navigation menu ?
I've seen somewhere a menu done on a Mac DVD program where the menu buttons on a DVD display a side image on mouse over a static button. Is there a tutorial that can help me do this on ReelDVD ?
[ button 1 ] ----------------------> IMAGE 1 DISPLAYED
button has 3 states
color 1 (normal)
color 2 (on mouse over) triggers side image
color 3 (when clicked)
[ button 2 ] same behavior as above but displays a different IMAGE2 in the same site as IMAGE 1
From what I read at the time it does not use the concept of a subpicture as commonly known.
Looking for ways to have more dynamic menus. Any free menu buttons outhere for DVD usage ?
Thanks
Newbie (Noob)
