DVD Studio Pro preview problems

Just finished an hour long video project with Final Cut Pro 3.0, exported it as a mpeg2, then imported my audio and video files into DVD Studio Pro only to find out that when I preview my track the audio is about 30 seconds out of sync with the video?!? This is a first for me with this program. I suspect it is not DVD Studio Pro, but actually something in the process with FCP 3.0. I have tried exporting several times from FCP with the same results. All I can think to do at this point is to knock everything from the project offline in FCP and re-capture, then recompress again...maybe one of my Quicktime files are corrupted?
