The mount for B4 lenses is called the I-Ring, and is basically a thin pair of plastic rings which sndwich a bit of stocking and hold it over the rear of the lens. Works great and a lot easier to deal with than rubber bands and the like.

I like Fogal, but sometimes for a different look I go for Christian Dior stockings. Fogals are best in the nudes, meaning they have a soft brown color like caucasian skin. The Diors also have a nude color, but I really like their black stocking, which then requires no correction to the black levels on the camera. Be sure to order the largest size of either brand, since you get much more material for the same money. Try to get the Dior material from France as it does not have the chemical anti-tearing coating the US version has, which renders a different image quality.

There's nothing like the look of a rear net. When they were restoring the original Star Wars, the computer jockies had an impossible time replicating the look on the desert planet. Turned out the DP had photographed everything with a rear net back in the seventies. They gave up replicating the effect in the computer and instead photographed simple test images through rear netted lenses and then mapped this texture into their effects.
