I'd wait a spell and see how things actually pan out (sorry for the audio pun) before kicking out for a new approved system. My thoughts are that after the Xpress Pro 4.0 - 4.3.1 scenario - if you have to wait 6 to 8 months for a workable release, hold off on the purchase as the same money will then buy you a step up or two on the processing speed. According to Avid's marketing statements, is always a benefit to the overall capability of the system.
