Is there a basic list of settings to get the best possible self-contained movie out of Avid? Disk space is not a concern. What I want is an uncompressed quicktime movie with zero compression or artifacts. I am fairly new to Avids and the Adrenaline (I'm an FCP user at home, the Avids are at work). Any info would be appreciated.
