Avid XPress Pro only supports ADVANCED Cadence capture whereas the HD down conversion is NORMAL pulldown. The jitter you are seeing is the "C" Frame jitter 6x per second becase the reverse telecine capture is different for that frame for ADVANCED vesus NORMAL. Without a client monitor, this is not noticeable since playback is only a segment frame which will not show the jitter. TImecodes and EDL's will all be fine - playback is jitery.
