What is the future of Avid post???

OK everyone - tell me... what is the future of Avid post production? Will offline and online merge??
I work in a mid-sized post house in London. 1 x Avid|DS, 1 x MC9000XL, 5 x MC Offlines (old-ish versions). The majority of clients are in broadcast television. Next year upgrades are going to happen and I want to know what you lot think will happen to offline/online.
If we replace the offline suites with Adrenaline, they will be capable of online resolution, SDI inputs etc... Although of course the suites will not be fully online (ie: Hamlet, Grade 1 monitors, etc...). If we replace with Mojo, the suites will only be seen as semi-professional - not the stuff for experienced broadcast editors.
The Avid|DS will remain as the finishing tool (grading, graphics etc...). But perhaps conforming will be done at the offline stage?
But basically this means a big change with the MC9000XL suite. The Adrenalines can do pretty much the same stuff (if not more) and apart from the extra bits of equipment and the skill of the online editor, does it become almost the same as an offline suite? Does this mean we start charging per day what we currently charge corporate clients per hour for editing??
When trying to decide on a business model for the future it is a little difficult. Any thoughts??
