If your animation is stationary, just being viewed from the front with the heart behind the text, you can use the Distant to Camera slider in the Invig. to keyframe out the appearance of the heart beating. Once you get one good beat you can copy your keyframes and paste them down the timeline for the duration of the clip.
You can also play with some of AE's filters to get that bounce effect that the heart does after it beats. The wiggler might do it and these would work with the options Jon proposed if you have camera movement around the objects.
Good luck and health to your Heart!
Shaon
