Hi again,
I came up with this none perfect ball!!!
I thought I up already now the files I used for you to check as it seems to be the right direction.

In case you are in a hurry and depending on your project and animation you could already use the method if not you will have at least a basic.
I will try to make it perfect as soon as I can.
Let me know if you do it before as I would love to keep my hairs!!!
