Ironically the *only* person who ever said in a public forum they wished they'd never bought the (DV Companion for FCP) didnt' dislike it enough to want a refund. And even better, the discussion that ensued with him as to what he didn't like ended up as the single best usablility enhancement in the latest releases (which is a summary of the content of a page under the link in the search results).
