If your dealer will guarantee that they will work with Media 100 systems, I'd say: Why not? I was an early adopter (more than two years ago) of Medea drives simply because Medea guaranteed compatibility. I was warned by many NOT to use them because they were using IDE drives and Media 100 had NOT approved them. Nine RAIDs later, most of my peers are now believers as well. If you know and trust your dealer AND they'll back your purchase, I see no reason NOT to give'm a whirl. Never know, they may even work better than that "other" chassis.
