Re: "Select All From Here"- question

Select from Here selects everything right from your CTI. It does not care if a track is locked or not, it simply selects everything as the name suggests.
If something on a locked track is within your selection you cannot move your selection (items on locked tracks cannot be moved). So either you have to select only the clips you want to move (without the clips on the locked tracks) or you have to unlock the tracks to move everything.
