SnapzPro is the standard tool. It will capture anything from the screen. The QTs willhave to be imported via the Media 100 board.

Any Sony camera with ClearScan can sync to any computer monitor.

Easiest way to do this is to shoot a flat panel display, no scanning issues at all. And you get a Cinema display!

Warning: There are valid reasons that outfits like TotalTraining use high end scalers to capture their on screen displays. The joystick controls allow precise zooming and positioning of the screen contents while more or less seamlessly scaling the image to fit. The output is straight NTSC so you just run it to a vcr or a switcher.
Zooming in on a flat panel will pixelate like crazy. Zooming in on a crt makes all kinds of ugliness happen.
One more thing: Your talent has to learn how to move a mouse so it can be seen by a television viewer. Keybaord shortcuts can't be seen by a viewer.
