FS - 3D Studio Max- for a reasonable offer

I do not use my copy of 3D Studio Max anymore and I would like to sell it. Please make a reasonable offer. I paid $3000 for it new. It is version R2 and it has all the manuals, box, disks and dongle in very good condition. I would rather see someone using it instead of sitting on my shelf.
