Was hosted in Gateway P3-500... will keep system together if you need a turnkey solution.

DPS Perception RT: This product combines the DPS RDR2 dual-stream digital video recorder card with DPS Video Action RT, an advanced real-time nonlinear editing application for Windows NT. The PVR-RT features an onboard SCSI controller for fast video data transfer and the DPS Virtual File System for easy integration with third-party image processing systems. Video Action RT software provides hundreds of render-free, real-time video transitions. Each Perception RT system includes a DPS RIO2 analog interface card, which provides composite, component, S-Video, and stereo audio program inputs and outputs, as well as composite and S-Video preview/key outputs.
