You have several options, many of them are price dependent. The Sony DSR11 is a neat little deck but is kind of pricey. Panasonic offers a nice little prosumer deck for under 1000 bucks, avaliable at places like PROMax or B&H. Some people like the idea buyin a cheapo camera and using it as your deck----(I assume that you are talking DV here) Anyway, check out the websites of PROMax or B&H,then call Avid after you chose the deck you want.)
