Removing grain from VHS source

HI all,

Anyone have any tricks for removing/lessening grain from a VHS source tape? The clip is going is going to web -- probably end up at half frame size. Also any suggestions for compression? Unfortunately the clip is also from interior nat light at night. I have PremPro1.0, AE6.0 Standard, Procoder Express.
