Great plan...as a fan of Adobe products and CineForm, I have to say that I like it.
Does the Sony shoot 720p? If it doesn't, don't worry, I've seen 1080p 24 projected at 720p and it looked great...not sure if it might be better to feed Magic Bullet progressive scan 30fps or interlace 60 (59.94)i...my gut would tell me it would get a more graceful conversion to 24p out of Magic Bullet if it had the temporal resolution of the interlace...but I could be wrong.
Not sure I would use .bmp's as my output...maybe tif's? Or better yet-Targas...better quality than bmp but smaller than tif's...
I'd try to use PPro to output some sort of master file and process to WMV using the Microsoft stand-alone media encoder...faster and more customizable.
