Premiere and AE Color Finesse workflow

Hey, I was just wondering if anyone has any good workflow suggestions for editing video in premiere and then going to after effects to use color finesse for color correction. The way I've been doing it has been to edit in premiere, then copy paste the clips into after effects and go from there with the color correction...the only problem is, I have to apply a seperate instance of color finesse to each clip in order to do scene be scene color correction. I'm sure this hinders my render times. I wish there was a way to apply color finesse to every continuous clip of video that is used for several shorter cuts, to ensure that each one was exactly the same, without having to copy paste my effect of color finesse. I'm going to use color finesse for my CC because it is by far the best tool available, I just need to find a way to streamline my workflow. If anyone has stumbled upon this secret, please let me know.
Dustin
