Richard -

I'm not sure I follow your post. I felt Mark answered torchlight's post perfectly. I felt a need to add my 2 cents. I've had to work with all sorts of people from different backgounds, political positions and lifestyle choices. I've dealt with all of them in a highly professional way. If I see an opportunity to share my experience with others trying to 'break in', I will.

In my experience, it's hard enough to read a clients mind - to truly listen to what they want and use my experience, talent and equipment to make it a reality. When editor is 'a jerk', it gums up the work, and usually the client goes elsewhere, the facility loses money and/or gains a negative reputation. My point to torchlight was about attitude - how it can positively or negatively affect the bottom line.

This is a forum, after all, and I felt adding my humble experience to the mix was appropriate. I apologize if I offended anyone with my post. It was not my intention.

Jon
