Just got out of surgery so I hope this makes some sort of sense...
Find a local production directory. You'll be able to find one or where to get one at the local film commision. Also, cruise through the yellow pages under video. You'll find a string of post-production places from the wedding dudes on up. Anyone that'll give ya time is your buddy.
In this day in age, don't rule out bustin' stuff out at home. For a few grand you can be editing, animating and compositing... surely enough to create a reel. I'm often more impressed with nice reels created with premiere and after effects than beautiful reels done in Inferno. It proves the editor can push toys with creativity.
