"unlabeled Alpha channel"

I just got the Mac version of Illusion.
I rendered out using the QuickTime animation codec, millions+
When I try and bring it into AE 5.0, I get the messenger "unlabeled Alpha channel"
What does this mean?
When I bring it into AE, a drop it into a comp, nothing shows up.
No "beauty or matte", it's black.
When I double click on the movie file, it opens up, I can see the movie.
Any ideas or help?
Thanks,
Roch
