one workaround is to also make sure output from premiere is micrisoft avi, then select microsoft video 1, you night get BETTER QUALITY, BECAUSE IF YOU UNCOMPRESS A DV THEN ERRORS MIGHT SHOW UP MORE. if PI could handle quicktime uncompressed that would be perfect
