Gotcha. If we were an entirely NLE shop, this (Zaxworks, or even LogoMotion or Flying Fonts) would be a good thing. But with an older cpu in my Fast VM (pentium 233...), and fairly tight scheduling there just aren't enough days in the week to make stuff for the linear suite.
I have used Raydream to animate some dentist stuff. It looked okay, but really added to his bill because it was so time-intensive.
Now, if I could have a hot little number-cruncher and 3D Studio Max, or Lightwave, and just make little flying cows or whatever...wouldn't that be nice? I could relax with my cappucino, phones on DND, cool tunes, ah yes, I can see it now...|-) OOOooops, sorry! I musta drifted off!
Thanks for your input, gents. I'm glad to have 'em, and glad to have a place to solicit 'em!
Dan
